Material preparation
The manufacture of connectors needs a lot of material support, including plastics, metals, electrode alloys, copper alloys and so on. These materials need to be prepared in advance at the beginning of the connector manufacturing process.

Raw material processing
Next, the materials should be processed, such as molding and welding metal materials, while plastic materials need injection molding, spraying and other processes.

Parts processing
Connectors are mainly composed of connectors, sockets, shells, shrapnel and other parts. These parts need a series of processes such as drilling, milling, cutting, grinding and polishing in order to assemble the final connector products.


After the parts of the connector are processed, they need to be assembled. This process requires assembling the parts one by one according to the instructions on the drawings. In addition, when the connector needs waterproof treatment, it also needs special waterproof treatment process.

In the production process, connectors need to be tested in many links, including material testing, processing testing, assembly testing and so on. These testing links include electrical performance testing, mechanical performance testing and other aspects of testing.

Finally, the connector products after testing need to be packaged and labeled, and then through sorting, storage, transportation and other links, and finally reach the hands of customers.
